Mother Nature has struck again. China was hit with a major typhoon which left areas of the country devastated.
Puts things into perspective, doesn't it? I would not be at all surprised to see Clay be called upon by UNICEF and he will spring into action...that means the hate blogs will spring into action as well. The downer is that they will use good deeds to be the brunt of their innuendo again but what the hell. We've learned this year that there are those who will expose their hearts while others will show they have none.
It's sad that this tragedy comes amid the celebration of a new Clay CD and all the eye and ear candy that precedes and follows, not to mention the excitement of the CD Release Parties. I plan to thoroughly enjoy all the fantastic, electrifying events that put Clay's beautiful face, extraordinary voice and lanky sexiness in front of my eyes. I am starved for him right now but I'm afraid I'm going to have to do something I wasn't planning on. I am putting back a couple of those CDs I planned on purchasing and when Clay and UNICEF call, my money will be there (actually, I'll get it to UNICEF as soon as possible). I don't think our guy will mind.
Enough of the sad and on with the celebration that is Clay Aiken!
First order of celebration is the retractions starting to trickle in, via the REAL Media, on the subject of the famewhore wenches trying to pick Clay's butt clean. Hope he farts on ya loud and clear gals.

Pollygraf has a couple of links and a copy of one article in the comments of the previous blog. I finally got my Yahoo Alerts a little earlier and they all say the same exact thing. It's about the fact that it was unclear whether the Holleman wench LIVED WITH Faye and Clay in the SAME house and she did not. In other words she was a friend of a friend and she saw Clay maybe once or twice when he was little.

Meant to say something, the radio station who interviews Mike Sandacki (sp) reran the 1st interview with him which occured around 1st week of June, the second interview got press because MS dogged CA. Funny thing the 1st interview, MS said CA was very nice after AI finale and was very kind.
Given a choice between listening to a detractor or listening to Clay, Clay wins every single time. End of story.

BAF ranked 2nd or 3rd in the percentage that goes to what it's supposed to go to. There were no discrepancies and one tiny mistake that, when corrected, was in their favor. The just put it on the wrong column. Those gals were busted or maybe you didn't see that memo.

I am pissed as hell at these people who are close to Clay, or close enough to those who are. It appears we have another JH-type using whatever means they have using people like his grandmother and others.

Luckyducky777, or however many 7s, posted on the CB and showed her ass during the BAF thing and got ousted from the private forum then. One of the CB people jumped into the "Cafe with bad beans" and made a list of who was posting. So there was Luckyducky and a few others that didn't shock me at all.
Of course, when Lucky's name was dropped here in the original comment another "insider" tried to get a comment thru telling me how important Luckyducky is, then another or same anonymous "insider" tried to get one thru about the word out of Raleigh being that the CD isn't going to be as big as planned...blah, blah, blah. JP and the gang were really trying.
Any one have a guess who luckyducky is? Buddy says Clay would be shocked if he knew. (Buddy also referred to her as "lucky dog"). LMAO!
So, if Buddy's insider info is correct, we'll be seeing Clay next Sunday on the Teen Choice Music awards for the Insider.
Buddy wants Clay and his CD to fail because he feels rejected by Clay and therefore must teach Clay a lesson. What Buddy fails to realize is that outside of the fact that Buddy just isn't Clay's type at all (get my drift?), Buddy isn't exactly good looking and doesn't have a winning personality. According to our sources (and we do have them!), Buddy is a leech and a troublemaker.
Buddy needs to grow up and realize the world doesn't revolve around him. He also needs to realize that in show business, if you don't have any discernible acting or singing talent, you need to be good looking, ie. photogenic and telegenic. He isn't either. I assume that's why he wants to do voice-overs. For that, he needs to stand in line. He may get an audition through someone as part of the deal to participate in this smear campaign, but he won't be guaranteed a job because the "voice" helps sell the product or character. From what I and others have heard, he's not exactly impressive in that arena.
You know, I think its strange that Luckyducky whatever number, would join in on the hate at tinfoil. If I get disappointed in someone or decide I don't like them, I just move on. But then, maybe I am more rational in my thinking than those assholes. I wouldn't waste my spit on them.
So there are some Clay fans who have been a little over the top.
Clay didn't cause that, except for being the sweetest, cutest thing around. Oh, I forgot sexy.

Morning all. I never thought I'd say this, but there definitely seems to be much less buzz and chatter about Clay this time around. I think it is pretty obvious that he has lost quite a bit of his fanbase.
Now, I'm sure the Claymates assume that the so-called casual fans will flock back once the new CD comes out. We'll see, but until that time, I'm getting a perverse pleasure out of watching them agonize over Clay slipping to number 6 on Amazon...
...and they still think a single is coming off of this CD?

I would suspect that luckyducky is NBTeacher at Cafe. She is from Charlotte, but with her other name, luckyducky, she could claim to be from Raleigh to throw a slight curve.
Now, do you see how unfair my statement is? I realize that.
The point is, by luckyducky revealing that he/she is from Raleigh, it makes almost everyone in Raleigh a suspect. How unfair and cruel is that hiding behind almost everyone else from Raleigh who is close to Clay or to some 6-degree connection? Yet, he/she can criticize the fans and Clay? On what authority? His/her integrity?
It still amazes me that these Cafe people don't realize that Clay is wise beyond his years and saw right through them. He has a 6th sense they don't understand.
For those of us who've been around since day one, we've witnessed the transformation and experienced the many changes in Clay's camp. As he's struggled to find his own way with the problems involved with celebrity (most of which we cannot comprehend), I'm
sure he's made perceived enemies along the way. It's impossible not to, but is that only unique to Clay? I'm sure other artists experience the same trials and conflicts.
You soon come to realize that no matter how open and friendly you would like to be, you can't. You are the boss, you sign the checks, you hire and fire, your name is on the ticket; the buck stops with you!
We could begin with his legal battle to free himself from the clutches of Simon Fuller and 19E. You hire a manager, you fire a manager or a crew member, band member, or backup singer.
You begin to tour; you provide merchandise; you create your own "store" because it's YOUR name and image! Those who existed before are left behind.
The foundation you created comes under scruitiny in the media. You quietly investigate and make changes to not cause embarrassment to good friends and then are criticized for not handling the situation properly. Others leave in protest.
On top of it all, a certain segment of our society takes it upon themselves to destroy your reputation and career with scurrilous rumors and gossip. It's constant and on-going.
People want to write books about you. How well do you know these people? How well do they know you? What will they tell the world about you? Will it be the truth or slanted?
Others use you; your name, talent and your fans for their own gain. They lie to you; they break promises. You discover you can't trust some people, and before long you throw away the rose-colored glasses.
You attempt to stay strong and fight for what you believe in. Sometimes you get angry and then accused of being "pissy" or a diva.
The list goes on: you're damned if you do and damned if you don't. It's a no-win situation.

I've said since final 8 when word was out that he was sick of the bullshit and he took over himself and the show that he is not a person to piss off.
One of my favorite Depends moments was when he shucked the pretty boy look they gave him and came out as Clay with red hair and freckles on Billy Joel night. He absolutely took my breath away keeping enough of the new look to add with the real Clay.
Clay started out trusting everyone. He's learned he can't do that anymore and now people have to earn his trust.

Clay has been careful or at least aware of this kind of stuff from the beginning. I was watching an interview done in charlotte in 2004? and he was even wary of his own cousin wiping something off his face, not wanting it ending up in a tabloid somewhere as a mystery girl.
he's become very aware of those around him and i'm sure he keeps his trust very limited to only those he knows won't hurt him. even moreso this year.

So let's see if I have this right. Clay has agreed to do six (6) more reporter-type gigs over the next couple of months with ET (or The Insider, not sure which), beginning next Sunday on the red carpet with the Teen Choice Music Awards. The photo shoot exclusive was supposed to be the first...not sure about that, however.
I would just like to remind everyone that Buddy did allegedly know that Clay would do the AI Finale. Perez does work for ET and could be the source for the leaks.

You summed it up quite nicely. She's just another user who wanted a piece of Clay. Just like Buddy. These are people with psychological issues (mental, emotional,etc.) who feel entitled. If they want something, they feel they deserve to have it and it should be theirs.
Buddy wants to be Clay-like in the sense that he wants to live a life like Clay's and have all the requisite perks and celebrity that go with it. Buddy is also lazy in that he doesn't want to earn his way, he wants it NOW and jumping all over Clay's celebrity is the way he hopes to jumpstart his own career. However, Buddy isn't Clay and doesn't have his talent, so therefore the closest he can get is to be with Clay, so that he could at least live the lifestyle and take advantage of Clay's industry contacts to forge his own celebrity status.
As you can see, he already sees himself as a celebrity, except he's confusing celebrity with notoriety, a reputation widely associated with criminal behavior. Buddy has been acting like an obsessed stalker for months now and at the very least can be accused of being a cyber-terrorist. He's an abusive bully, and if any money has changed hands, or gifts, he can be accused of criminal behavior. That also goes for his benefactors.

Thinking you are an "insider" does not mean you are one. Most people who are friends of celebrities or work with them do not turn around and stab them in the back. I think anyone who does this is probably pretty low down. Someone who is not very high up in society.
I think there are many fine people in Raleigh but don't look at tinfoils blog or Buddys to find them.
I also think that Clay knows who his friends are. I am sure there are many people who are willing to tell him.
These people do NOT think Clay is unimportant. If they did, they wouldn't spend all their time writing blog after blog about him. Their obsession is just as bad as any fan that they like to criticize.

You are correct, JP got the information from the boards after PH had it on his site. He did not have any inside information. He may be getting that info now if he is in contact with someone who is betraying his/her trust as a friend of Clay or friend of a family member. (Makes me want to puke)

I just want to say something about Buddy and I'm sure many of you will disagree with me. This is just my opinion and you can take it for what it's worth. I understand that we are all angry at Buddy for what he's done or tried to do to Clay. But you must consider something. Buddy is a pathetic, lonely little man, with few friends, no job and a dysfuntional family. He may even have mental issues; I don't know, I'm not a Dr. Even Jeffrey Dalmer was ruled sane!
I think since Buddy began his blog he truly believes he has friends. He knows his story is BS, but it has garnered more attention for him than ever in his life, with friends to boot. It makes him feel important. The fact that he's there 24/7 should be proof of that and he somehow can't give it up.
Having said that, you mustn't take anything he says seriously. Don't let him get to you or rile you up. He will threaten, he will continue to make up things and lie. Nothing he says or does is having an impact on Clay's career to the outside world. As OhC and I have done on more than one occasion, we have gone after him, messed with him, just for sport! He messes with us; we mess with him. That's all we can do.
He is not going away as long as his blog fills a need for him. So it doesn't matter whether the fans argue with him or not. He's still going to ride this thing out unless or until he's forced to stop and that may never happen. Hopefully, someday everyone will grow tired of it all and move on.

While I can appreciate what you said, Buddy has no right to try to destroy someone else's life and career just because he (Buddy) comes from a dysfunctional family. twsyf dominated the first blogs at Perez when this story first broke. From the sound of things, she was not very happy. Buddy calls her a he. She talked a lot about the BAF and how hard they worked, but were treated so poorly.
I remember the freaking arguement in the private forum at CB. A few talked about the "unfair" treatment and then someone came in and blew their shit out of the water and mentioned how nice the transition was and the recognition was appreciated.
Guess those who had no expectations of grandeur or marriage proposal were ok with how things went.

It was when the Cafe sent a little news tidbit into WRAL that things weren't on the up and up at BAF. They sent a copy of a financial filing but failed to send a backside to one of the sheets so they could "prove" their point that not all the money was going where it was supposed to go.
WRAL didn't take their word for it so they called in an independent auditor that got his own copy of the complete filing and pretty much dumped on their story. Seems BAF ranked right behind UNICEF and I think Red Cross or another organization. It's Been so long I can't remember. 85% of the funds went right where they were supposed to go.
The Cafe gals were trying to make it sound like the only function was to hand out grants; they failed to mention Camp Gonzo, etc. How frigging convenient.
They griped about the $150,000 in salary but failed to mention that 6 people were being paid. Do the math.
Supposedly they were getting back at FSL because she got the chairman position but the only name that got dragged thru the mud was Clay's but he squelched them on a show like the Insider by setting the record straight. These gals posted Fran's personal information plus her son's in order to humiliate her. Sound like anyone else we know?

The site is back up again but it's not accepting orders for Clay. I think when they opened early this am they didn't realize how crazy it would be.

This is for you ladies, a little insider ticket info, if it is the small ticket venue selling their own tickets i.e. not ticketmaster then call and talk to someone and get the tickets through the phone instead online, it's quicker and they have access to ALL the tickets. Otherwise you have to deal with the rinky dink software program that can't handle alot of traffic.

The gal who posted all the NC law yesterday regarding property tax and personal property tax proved, along with the tax bill, that Clay purchased the Mercedes "3 months" prior to the tax due date or July 06, which would have been April 06 for registration. Therefore, JP could not have seen Clay in a Mercedes SUV on Jan. 2. She did an excellent job and was relentless throughout the day and evening. Her premise, however, has flaws.
JP has now added that he was sitting on the edge of the bed (feeling sorry for himself) and went to the window and while Clay drove away, he saw the "tags." Revnoles didn't leave that room until 7:30 - 7:45. Is it dark in NC at that time in Jan? It is here!
The thing of it is, JP didn't come out with his full story until Feb. 26. By that time, a lot of discussion had transpired at PH, one in particular was a report by someone claiming that Clay had walked into a dealership, holding hands with a guy. Strange thing for someone to do who is presumed "closeted" in his own hometown. JP even agrees.
So, the challenge is to search through the old PH threads to discover posts detailing the purchase of the new car to prove JP wrong.
First of all, the story of Clay walking into a Mercedes dealership holding hands with a boyfriend is bullsh*t, by a sh*tstirrer who lives in Virginia and works for a shower curtain factory, not a car dealership.
Secondly, Clay was NOT driving a Mercedes in early January as there was a mistake on the equipment package and the car had to be reordered. Buddy's informant goofed and gave him the wrong info.
I don't know who LuckyDucky7777 is but she's been stirring up trouble in Clayland for several years at least. She has always talked out of both sides of her mouth; whatever suited her needs at the time. She made a B+ in Shit Stirrers 101.
If Ruben is getting mostly good reviews at Amazon, what does that tell you. That Clay fans don't follow Ruben fans around and post awful things about him. If they had a brain cell working, they would know that. I haven't heard Rubens song but I would not say the things they say even if I didn't like it.

Did Clay buy it in California? Did he buy it in Raleigh or in the Triangle area? If he bought it in California, it is conceivable that he is just now registering it. If he bought it in Raleigh, it is not conceivable to me. I don't know the rules there, but here, you cannot buy insurance if it's not registered, and insurance is required. Anyway, I beat it to death. Just want to know the truth - whether it furthers JP's claims or not. Or, it just might disprove them. Do we really know the color other than hearsay? DMV records show that, just not the on-line version.

Did you learn what the rules are for registering a car purchased out of state? I still think April, 06 would be the date he moved into his new home and considered an official resident of NC and subject to their tax laws.

Clay was NOT in Garner on January 2nd. There is documentation as to his whereabouts and there were plenty of witnesses, none of them friends or family, just in case Buddy claims they're lying for him.

That post came out very early in Jan. about the new car. Before the JP crap started, IMO. The color was even mentioned.
