It kind of goes along with what went on last night because that's the position I was put in. Not that I didn't expect it for the last couple of weeks but it still was a surprise that someone is low enough to go after a person's identification to pass on to the various swamps and make threats in the process.
Well, I take it you're either leaving or you'll be exposing everything you know. Either way, I've been amazed at what you've done for Clay in this dirty blog world. He's right, people will believe what they want to, but you've helped get the TRUTH out there and I've always appreciated it.
Everytime I hear Clay sing "Because You Loved Me" I feel he's got you in mind.
Watching Rube on t.v. today did my heart good. It was a reminder that nothing has changed. Clay is still the Clay we saw on t.v. and their friendship is strong. I was one of those who was totally in awe of their special bond. I wondered if it would weather the trials both of them have been through. What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger. What a testament those two are. Why can't people "listen" to that?
As Clay so wisely said, "people will believe what they want anyway". He is just about the wisest 27 year old I have ever encountered. And, he had that same wisdom at 24.
If you honestly think someone went after your identification and passed it on to the swamp, perhaps you should look at the swamp first. It certainly isn't the first time they've nabbed someone's id, no matter what the prick says.

Also, You-Tube removed a clip Butty had linked on his site from the CBS Early Show. It was the Mother's Day interview with Faye. It seems CBS contacted You-Tube, and demanded the removal of their clip.

It's all lies and when they see they've upset us they laugh all the harder.
It's difficult for us to understand people like that, who never have one good thing to say about someone like Clay. NO ONE is 100% bad. Once in awhile they could say something correct, but even that's too much for them. Once you're onto their schemes, it's easy to ignore their nonsense.
If in fact you are fearful, talk it out. Let cooler minds prevail and remember you do have some recourse. No one is alone in this effort. We're here to support Clay and one another.
As far as John being allowed to use Clay's image and name, he can skirt the law because the violation of copyright infringement comes into play with PROFIT! Even if you sell something and all proceeds go to the BAF, that donation came through PROFIT. Therefore, John has eliminated all advertising from his site and is no longer making a profit. Since Clay is a public figure it is legal to use his name and image--minus any profit.
Perez advertises and makes a profit, but gets away with it because he posts a disclaimer at his blog stating it's all for entertainment, which basically means much of what he posts is fabricated.
If you read a blog or a post over there and it upsets you or angers you, try to tell yourself that your reaction is exactly what they were striving for. Don't let them get to you!

It's really easy to tell which of those anon posts are actually the maggot or the voices in its head. What a pathetic little lunatic. No one talks to him, so he talks to himself; no one talks about him so he talks about himself. He gets off on the drama.
I think I'll follow Clay's example and just say that paying any attention to that creep is a "waaaste of mah time!" Hope he's given you enough ammo to either have him committed or convicted.
