So here we are going into to the 10th month of this MESS and what has it boiled down to? John Paulus: Better known as the Purple Gherkin because he photoshopped a bi-racial man's penis onto himself and wasn't good at hitting the target or getting the color exactly right. He also used a yellow, veiny and wrinkled one as well. Both the photos were used in his online hooker profiles along with a photo of his puckering strings with bulls' nuts dangling. Had anyone taken a good look at the photo Perez had on his site calling attention to JP's crotch you would have noticed that he was dressed to the right and the real thing was about the size of my thumb. He's definitely no Clay Aiken in looks, character or attributes.
After visiting the swamp, all I see is a bunch of nonsensical chattering from the Ruben and Kelly fans so I'm inclined to suggest a change of name to the Chimp Farm. Come to think of it, JP and some of his supporters do look a little chimpy.

Anon at 6:51...ummmm NO! The name yes but I don't remember anyone posting his job here and if it was, then it was just passed by. Nobody was encouraged to harass or bother anyone. If someone said something it would have been snark about letting someone know what he and his friends are up to. Again, they are projecting what THEY do and HAVE DONE done onto us.
There's plenty of screen prints to go around proving his and others' involvement in the "hit lists" and putting people's names, addresses, phone numbers and work places on their blog and then they followed up with harassing phone calls.
Unfortunately when they added me to the hit list a few weeks ago they had the wrong person and I believe Uncle Jess has that info in screen print.
Hell, I thought she was posting there in a real live bitch fight.

I have some questions for you ladies:
1 - When is Clay's contract up or should I say, expired from RCA?
2 - I keep hearing he only has one more album. Is that the way the American Idol contracts work? Only a few amount of albums, etc?
3 - Has anyone contacted Clive Davis and recieved any information on why Clay put out an album, but had no advertising for the album? (I went to the store and they had no Clay albums left. I called a radio station to request A Thousand Days and they didn't even recieve his album)

1. Some say after 4 CDs, some say after 5. This is based on previous contracts with runners up but I, personally, do not know since I have not seen Clay's contract.
Hopefully nobody has contacted Clive Davis except the people that were asked to gather data on lack of stock and visuals and CD placements in the stores and I don't believe that Clive Davis is the one they are working with.
Contacting Clive Davis, Roger or anyone else other than the designated end person collecting the above is not necessary. That would be overstepping my bounds and crossing into Clay's business. I know a couple of fans have contacted RCA but as a concerned consumer wondering why the distributers could not get enough stock in the stores for Release week or this past week. I, too, would like to know but I'll wait to see what the coordinators have to say.

Butty boy just made a dumb smart ass remark saying in general that he couldn't wade through all my comments. As I had said before, if he directly, indirectly addressed me in any hateful, stalker like way then I would call 9-1-1 and I did.

Glad JP has the $10,000 to pay someone to come forward. Now we know he has the money to sue for. Maybe he should hold off paying anyone else for a while because Uncle Jess might want some of that for his time.
Don't worry about it, I kept mine and didn't reject it so the authorities can use it against him.
I think JP is the one that should be paying close attention in the coming weeks.

Alice, I think the idea of just having a couple of people read and bring over what we need is the best idea. We can rehash it here instead of confronting people who just talk in circles because they know the truth and try to bury the truthful posts like a a cat buries a turd in the sand.

I believe Butty is often a "source" for the tabloid stories. They put up the money and Butty comes up with the plot and acts as the source for which he gets paid.
I certainly do wish Clay would sue him. That's the only thing that's gonna shut him up.
He's obviously the source for something if someone else is putting up the $10,000 to each scam artist that comes forward. If it's Butterfield, that could bring down American Media Inc. If this is what's going on then the Feds will have a field day and the FCC, FTC, FBI and everyone else will make life a living hell for the tabloids.
