As you can see, PH starts CCing HIS "fernids in high places" (tm Pickle); he spells just like the Purple Gherkin and Groucho too.
Judging from the email exchange, the recipient of PH's pissy attitude handled the situation as an adult while Perez displays all the characteristics of a preschooler. Quite a few anti-fans and JP like to spin Clay's silence into what it is not. What his silence is indicative of is this: Clay's instinct and training as a teacher kicked in and he has ignored these children with their 5 year old mentality whose only joys in life include temper tantrums, lies and one upmanship.
I stated in my blog comments section that I was SURPRISED that people I thought were shrewd assholes are really children who need to be treated as such and that is what Clay has done. Imagine having to deal with this kind of ridiculousness from these "ME ME ME" individuals on a daily basis when you're in the entertainment industry.
Artists cater to these blackmailing FUCKwads in order to avoid the smear campaigns (as Gawker verified in the above blog link); Clay simply says, "UP YOURS!" with his silence. Since they are neither his children nor his students, he turned his back on them completely and walked away leaving them on the floor kicking and screaming.
I LOVE CLAY AIKEN WHO HAPPENS TO BE THE BRAVEST MAN I'VE EVER SEEN. I love it that he gave them the double-barreled middle finger.

Later, In Touch is the one that published pics of Clay's house that he rented with KL and Clay commented about it on Leno, calling the mag "sleaze", I think. But another emeny made?

This is the first one posted on Jan. 16th, at 4:00 PM. It has a pic of Clay with NC Gov. Easley from the AI Homecoming event. At 5:36 PM, just an hour and a half later, PH begins another blog. The second one comes complete with Butty's nude pics from his BigMuscle profile. Did Butty offer his nude pics to PH during that hour and a half? If not, who supplied the pics to PH? At that point, the only info anyone had was of a "John," but on his BigM profile, his name was "jonahcruise." You couldn't find that if you didn't know it.
Now this is where it really gets interesting. Two blogs ran simultaneously at PH during that first week and both rec'd quite a number of hits. Because of the nudity, I won't post the link to the second blog, but the first blog continued for days and it's very interesting, going back to read the comments. Someone by the name of "John" posts early on. Then someone posts as Clay's Boy Toy, and the most interesting is a post by "bpm." Could that be Billy Masters using a middle initial? Later, John begins to post quite frequently and someone else using the s/n of "Makeitright" could definitely be BM. His posts, and the way he tries to defend Butty's actions, sounds just like the posts I saved from Filth2go. He uses the same reasoning and logic.
Also, this is the blog where "twsyf" (truth will set you free) reveals all her hate for Clay.
I will never understand this smear campaign.

Yeah, it's unfortunate the selection you're offered when you do a Google search. I really wish they would quit giving out those links to blogs I never read. Although many sites carried the Superbowl party incident and PH losing it (a blogger who wants to be a celebrity and was jealous that BM was invited to the after party and he wasn't), only Gawker published all the letters between the parties involved. PH set out on a quest to prove he was as "worthy" as BM. He began posting blog after blog for CA and increased his hits to 600 - 700,000 a day! BM only boasts a measley 250,000 a day.
Because people from around the world read PH's blog, many Clay fans were there to defend Clay and present the other side of the story. I posted many articles that revealed the truth - truth that would never have been posted otherwise, while all the message boards were advising us to stay away. It's my opinion that if the entire Clay Nation had attacked those blogs early on, we could have easily drowned out the negative and hateful posters and the truth would have been presented and maybe the gay bloggers wouldn't be so anxious to deal with the Clay Nation in the future.

Have you ever lurked at the tin house? I highly recommend it for its pure entertainment value alone if nothing else. It’s actually similar to most of your fan sites except they like to think of themselves as more the anti-fan of not just Clay Aiken...but of the Clay fans themselves. From lurking I gather that most of these anti-Clay Aiken fans are Kelly, Ruben and a few supposedly former Clay fans that are on this board to deprogram or to psychoanalyze Clay Aiken and his fans at all levels. They like to pretend that they are really above all that fan-type stuff! If you have ever lurked at the Clay Board you will find many similarities to the tinfoil house site in that both sites are devoted to all things Clay Aiken all the time and they both have a near obsessive interest in their man. Now the Clay board is of one mind and most members do not deviate from proclaiming their devotion in all their comments. If anyone dares to get off track and make a displeasing comment - then they may receive a warning and get dismissed from the board. Now the tinhouse is also of one mind and most members do not deviate from proclaiming their dislike for all things Clay and his fans in all their comments. If anyone dares to get off track and make a favorable comment – they may receive a warning and get dismissed from the board. Yep – they may hate this but they are actually 2 sides of the same coin. They both have huge interests in Clay Aiken’s career, his friends, his record label and team, Clay sightings, and movements, how he spends his time, his looks, his clothes, and his CD and voice. What you read at one board – you will read the identical at the other board …except one is pro and one con, so...no surprises at either.
The Clay board, although restricting to its members, is somewhat easier to understand because they do what fans do. But the tinfoil site is somewhat of a mystery still. They proclaim their dislike for Clay Aiken because he didn’t measure up but they still come on a site everyday to discuss this guy who they dislike, but in spite of it all ….holds their continued interest. They still lurk on all the fan sites, watch the clack, listen to his music samples, post comments from the fans, post Clays blogs, post Clay’s TV schedule and other appearances and actually keep track of Clay as any other rabid fan would do. Sure...they make fun of him and his fans – but spend an inordinate amount of their time on a guy they proclaim to dislike. Make sense? Most of us that are anti-fans of anyone …just plain don’t have a speck of interest in them and certainly not enough interest to keep up with their goings on. So all in all a strange phenomena of anti-fans who in deed are just as obsessive and rabid as the fans they love to criticize.
When interest wanes all together is a first sign of an artists’ career heading south…but as far as Clay Aiken is concerned, with no let up in the interest factor – I’d say his career is still pretty darn healthy!!!! Back in 2003, I had read that InTouch Magazine was owned by Bertlesmann, the German company that owns SonyBMG. SonyBMG has an agreement with Freemantle Media, the company that owns AI. I've read since then that InTouch was sold off, but that they are still working with SonyBMG. Does that mean that PH is closer to AI than previously thought? Wow! Thanks to those who alerted me to Paulus & Swamp things posting personal info on esteemed Clay fans. Why they would do that is beyond me. The ones they mention have nothing to do with this blog nor are they regular posters here, to my knowledge. As near as I can tell they have been ignoring these asswipes.
As for requesting personal info on me and on Polly Graf to post in the swamp, it's proof positive that their goal is to intimidate the fans since they can't intimidate Clay. I'd be very careful if I were them because Sheriff Joe is a phone call away and he loves to exercise the "long arm of the law". It will be in the 100s here until sometime in October so Tent City is not very comfortable in the middle of the desert this time of year.

While I understand that people want asswipe to be working and not blogging, I also remember that it was asswipe who suggested harrassing Clay's brother with an email hate campaign. It was to be an effort to destroy his military career. Do we know how that turned out? I don't think it's possible to do as much damage to JP as he really deserves.

Just a little tidbit about the below e-mail from my friend. Nothing earth-shattering, but sometimes we wonder what those outside the internet might think or believe. My friend from California knew I was a big Clay fan, but she had never watched AI until AI5. She and I exchanged e-mails about the different contestants every week. We're in different time zones so the discussions happened quite late! Then she said she could understand why I loved Clay because you get attached to the contestants. She asked what was going on with him so I told her about the past Christmas tour and upcoming album, the book etc., and yes, about the crap. She didn't know about it and she lives in California. She wanted to know more so I had her watch the Diane Sawyer interview and some other downloads - especially BOTW and the Finale songs. (Had to give her a lesson on how to download and she was thrilled to learn how to do that!) Then when she got the hang of it, she downloaded lots of Clay clips, and some of her favorite AI5 contestants. She had just never followed any of the AI stuff until this year. I should also add that this friend is very worldly and would give me an honest opinion.

I'll tell you why PaulAss went after Clay and not after JT or *****, and that's because even though Clay is wealthy, these two are far wealthier and wouldn't have hesitated to sue this creep just to hold him up as an example of what happens when you try to take advantage of someone's celebrity, talent and hard work for your own 15 minutes of dubious fame. PaulAss knows that, and that's why he went after Clay.
PaulAss was playing both sides against the middle. He craved attention and wanted the celebrity lifestyle. He could be part of this smear campaign, or he could take a nice payoff by Clay's lawyers to go away. The lawyers rebuffed him, and so he jumped into this scam with both feet.
Don't believe his crap about only wanting an apology. That's just to keep this nonsense going. He would have taken a payoff, which he desperately needed as he is broke and would have gotten if Clay had actually been with him. No celebrity would put themselves through what Clay's been through the last 8 months. In fact, many of the richer ones pay off scam artists like PaulAss even when they haven't done a thing just to avoid the bad publicity. Clay would have none of it as he wasn't guilty.
So now Paulass resorted to taking part in this smear campaign and kept embellishing it with help from the haters, including a certain tabloid blogger who isn't above resorting to fabricating lies of his own for hits to his blog. Paulass keeps changing his story because, as a pathological liar, he can't keep his facts straight, and because he has other people writing some of his blogs for him. What he and they fail to consider is that the law doesn't protect any of them from charges of slander/libel or even criminal charges constituting a hate crime or harassment. It only protects the blog, not the bloggers or the blog owner.
PaulAss failed at being a porn star despite his excuses that Lucas tricked him into doing porn. Can this jerk sound like more of a wuss? He didn't get the fame he craves nor the big interviews or the publisher or the chance to be on a reality show. His 15 minutes are way over, yet he keeps clinging on, trying to force Clay to acknowledge him in some way and create headlines. Now he's going after Clay's family and friends, hoping to rile Clay up enough so that Clay will sue him. He has nothing to lose as he has no assets.
Paulass wants Clay to admit that he has a place in Clay's life. He may have wanted to be Clay's Reichen, who knows? If that is the case, Clay's silence would indicate that he's not interested in Paulass and Paulass needs to accept that and move on. Or Paulass may have wanted the notoriety that comes from attaching your name to a celebrity's in a tawdry, tabloidish way. Paulass can't seem to accept that it's time to get a life. He needs to go away and seek therapy. He is one very disturbed dude.

I agree with the above. If Clay was gay, he would relish the anonymity and the choices a gay person has in either LA or NYC or even SF. He would have no reason to move back to a conservative southern town like Raleigh.
If Clay was so out and about in the gay community and so open about it to total strangers on the internet, wouldn't the cat be out of the bag? Why wouldn't he then come forward like Lance Bass, who was basically forced out, and admit he was gay, just so he wouldn't have to put up with the ridicule? You will notice how no one in the gay community is going after Lance anymore. Now he's cool and is being shown respect and given his privacy.
